Purple Numbered Free Culture

I found the purple numbered version of EST to be handy when page slapping someone, so I was going to do the same with Lawrence Lessig's "Free Culture". Sadly, the site I used for adding purple numbers to EST is down, and there's only a PDF of FC, so I had to write a munger which produced a usable (but ugly) "Purple Numbered Free Culture".

I'm out of time for this, but to answer the questions I know will arrive: Yes, I know that quotes and colons occasionally became question marks. No, I'm not planning on fixing it. That's one of the joys of free culture: you can fix my bugs without asking for my permission.
